If you arrive to your appointment with symptoms of an illness, we reserve the right to refuse service. MASKING IS OPTIONAL NO GUESTS ALLOWED. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. If you arrive with a child (OR children), your appointment will be cancelled & your booking fee will be forfeited. If you need someone to accompany you or require transportation, we ask that you have them wait for you outside. ****************************************** DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, & CANCELLATION POLICY DEPOSIT All appointments are reserved with a $ 100 NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE at the time of the scheduling, unless stated otherwise. Deposits are applied to your final balance. LATE POLICY Due to scheduling, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you are required to make an new appointment with a new booking fee. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE LATE. ****************************************** DISQUALIFICATION LIST Under 18 years of age Pregnant Allergic to pigmentation or make up Prone to keloids/scarring Have viral diseases/infections Diabetic Undergoing chemotherapy On blood thinning medications or have bleeding disorders Skin irritations near or on treated area Using ACCUTANE - must wait one year after your ACCUTANE treatment Botox - must wait 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after CORRECTION/COVER UP Previous permanent make up work done by another artist must be faded. Not disclosing this information before booking will result in being charged the appropriate corrective service rate during your appointment or be turned away & your booking fee will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING-
In the event you would like to cancel your appointment, as a courtesy, please notify us. NO CALL OR NO TEXT WITHOUT AT LEAST 24 HRS, OR NO SHOWS WILL GET CHARGED 100% FEE.
In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, notification should be given 72 hrs before your appointment, or your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to make another deposit to reschedule.
Only ONE rescheduling is allowed.
LATE POLICY- Due to a tight schedule, if you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you are required to make another deposit to book. PLEASE TEXT US IF YOU ARE LATE.
